• Generate estimates and resource planning to anticipate team bandwidth, length of allocation, etc. for each project
• Forecast, manage and track all budgets in order to stay within scope
• Actively maintain strong relationships with various vendors across all production categories, by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones
• Negotiate and manage vendor deliverables, contracts, and relationships to ensure flawless execution and optimum return on investment
• Organize and oversee of all vendor and contractor agreements as well as all invoices and payment

• Works to help manage a team of 7 content producers that provides digital media 20+ brands nationwide 
• Mine and analyze data to formulate creative growth strategies 
• Write, copyedit, and otherwise produce an average of 70 articles, 10 videos, and 5 graphics per week 
• Design and implement innovative communication strategies for events, including 2 Olympic games, a presidential inauguration, the 2017 Women’s March in D.C., the 2016 NCAA Men’s Final Four Championship, and numerous severe weather events
